12th Judicial Package in the Official Gazette: Material Changes to the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Code
Law No. 7589, known as the 12th Judicial Package, entered into force on 31 July 2026. It introduces a new auction procedure for partition sales and electronic-portal sales of assets of persons under guardianship.
