Health Law
In health law, legal support is provided in disputes arising from relations among patients, physicians, private healthcare institutions and pharmaceutical or medical-device companies. Criminal, compensation and administrative cases stemming from medical malpractice are conducted both for individual claimants and in institutional defence. Advisory work covers the protection of patient and physician rights and bringing informed-consent forms and patient records into line with the applicable rules. Licensing, inspection and administrative-sanction processes before the Ministry of Health, the Social Security Institution and other authorities, as well as disputes in health tourism, are followed through.
