Attorney İlker Yüksel completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Near East University between 2004 and 2009. During that period, in 2007–2008, he studied English legal terminology in Bournemouth, United Kingdom. He began his career in insurance law at Akcan Law Office and in 2014 completed training as an actuarial calculation specialist. From 2014 to 2016 he served as in-house counsel at the head office of AXA Sigorta Anonim Şirketi, and in 2017 he founded Megapol Legal Consultancy. With more than fifteen years of professional experience he continues to practise as founder and managing partner, providing qualified advocacy and legal advice to domestic and foreign, corporate and individual clients, particularly in insurance law, compensation law, labour law and health law. He has a good command of English.

Attorney Abdullah Saltabaş graduated from the Faculty of Law of Marmara University in 2018. During his professional work he completed actuarial calculation specialist training in 2019 and personal-data-protection (KVKK) training in 2020. He has practised at Megapol Legal Consultancy since graduation and now serves as a partner of the firm. Throughout his career he has provided qualified legal advisory and dispute-resolution services to corporate and individual clients. He has specialised in insurance law, commercial law, criminal law, labour and social-security law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law.
