Advisory services are offered to individual employees and to corporate employers so that labour relations are conducted in accordance with current legislation. Legal support is given on both sides of the relationship, from the drafting of employment contracts through termination, severance and notice payments, reinstatement, mediation and litigation. Compensation disputes arising from workplace accidents and occupational disease, and all processes under social-security law, are followed. The aim is to reduce clients’ litigation risk to the lowest practicable level while observing the rights and duties that arise from working life.
