Alternative dispute-resolution methods and specialised mediation are offered so that legal conflicts can be resolved without lengthy and costly litigation. In mediation of both commercial and labour disputes, negotiations are conducted on a confidential basis, looking to the parties’ common interests and remaining constructive. The firm represents clients as counsel at the mediation table and, in other matters, acts as an independent mediator to bring disputes to a peaceful close. Settlement minutes are drafted so that they have the quality of a document with the force of a judgment, and so that future risks are, so far as the text can achieve it, eliminated.
