Sentence Reduction in IBAN Fraud: TPC art. 158/4 Enters into Force
The fourth paragraph added to article 158 of the Turkish Penal Code by article 13 of Law No. 7589 provides a one-half reduction in sentence for those whose participation in fraud is limited to sharing bank, card or crypto-asset account information.
