Megapol Legal Consultancy (“the Firm”) is the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). This notice explains how we process personal data collected through this website, the contact form and the careers form.

Identity and contact data (name, e-mail, telephone) that you submit through the forms; the content of your message; technical data generated by the site (IP address, browser type, the pages visited and the cookies described in the Cookie Policy).

Purposes and legal bases

We process these data in order to assess and answer your request, to manage applications, to operate and secure the website, and to meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are KVKK art. 5/2 (c) and (f) and, where you give explicit consent (including the form checkbox), art. 5/1.

Transfer and retention

Data are stored electronically with appropriate technical and organisational measures. They are not transferred to third parties other than authorised personnel of the Firm, except where the law requires it or where an infrastructure provider (hosting, e-mail) processes them solely in order to deliver the service. They are kept only for as long as the purpose and statutory limitation periods require.

You may exercise your rights under KVKK art. 11 (to learn whether your data are processed, to request information, correction, deletion or restriction, and to object) by writing to info@megapolhukuk.com.
